How It Works.
Most people don't apply because they don't know what happens next. Here's exactly what the process looks like from your first click to your first training week.
Apply
Fill out a 3-minute form. Tell us your goal, your background, and what you're training for. First 5K or fifth Ironman, it doesn't matter. We want to know where you are and where you want to go. You hear back immediately.
Get Qualified
We take 10 athletes per month. That's 15% of applicants. Every athlete who joins gets a coach's full attention. We coach every level. What matters is that your goal is real and you're ready to work.
Start Training
Your coach is assigned. Your first week is written. We get to work. Your coach is matched to your sport, your goal, and your experience. Your onboarding call is booked. Training starts before the week begins.
